This is a very important point. I really don’t like the “Superfoods” idea. We think that if we have some acai berry from the Amazon then we are healthy.
In truth, all fruits and veggies are healthy. The key is to partake in the variety.
Skip the pyramid scheme Superfoods and the pills and stick with the natural food found closest to you.
