Chapter 2: My Road to Ruin

You know that “hero” photo of Dr Garth standing at the top of the bleachers at Rice Stadium, the one right before he ran-walked to the toilet and threw up his high protein breakfast?

You can see it here, in this 2008 article from the Houston Chronicle. Check out the article while you’re at it. Reading it in light of the Proteinaholic story is hilarious, and definitely humbling for Dr Garth 🙂
